Hello. I had a 7:30am appointment. I arrived on time. I was the 4th vehicle in line at the opening of business. It took 2 1/2 hours to complete a diagnostic of my brake system. I oked the work to be done. 10 min. later the associate approached to tell me that the new part (wheel speed sensor) that they had was defective and if i can come back tomorrow. I told him that that wouldn't work for me because I took the day off to get my vehicle repaired. He left, came back advising me that they can get the part from another Chevrolet dealership. My concern is that ther weren't sufficient number of parts to service a customer in a timely manner. I didn't get out of there until 3:30pm (8 hours).

Had issues with my truck that I thought my warranty would have covered, dropped my truck off Wednesday night for a Thursday morning service appointment, truck was held til Monday evening and nothing was repaired. Another dealership that won’t fix my truck.

I was somewhat disappointed that I had to return 3 times to have my tire pressure gauge fixed and there was another dashboard message that I was told they could not fix it, and I had to call On Star about because they could not clear it.

Asked for the software update that was needed to download a few apps - not addressed. Came to the service center for the anti-glare dash mat installation, which is provided as part of the warranty to address the issue, but was charged $280 and had to explain the details. Mentioned that an all-points inspection was done, but the air in the tires was not even checked, as all the tires had 4-6 psi less than prescribed.

I went into the dealership to get scheduled service on my vehicle (which has ALWAYS been amazing) and while waiting I wandered the showroom. I saw Kevin, the salesman that sold our family our last 3 or 4 vehicles and he remembered me and we talked and I told him how I liked this one car I saw but wasn't in the market for a new car, but a used one for my son...one thing led to another (with Kevin being the kind and attentive person he is) and I left the dealership that afternoon with MY new car and my old car now the used car for my son - ALWAYS nothing but praise for the staff at Miller Brothers - every single one of them listens and does their best for the customer.

The maintenance was done within a reasonable amount of time. I was unable to get to the dealership to pick up my vehicle that day, but the manager took care of the transaction the following day when the Service department was closed. Which was unexpected and wholly appreciated. Everywhere else I've been would have had me wait until Service was open again.

It was easy to schedule an appointment online. I liked that I received an email confirmation of the appointment and was able to text with the service writer on the day of the appointment. Waiting area is very comfortable.

overall experience was good. we had two issues with our car. 1. the tire sensor lights were coming on and they were able to diagnose the issue with that. 2. we had a clicking noise and the technician could not figure out what the issue was. he said it would have to get worse in order to diagnose. we did get a discount on our diagnostic charge, so that was appreciated and I think was great customer service.

They were prompt in contacting me about coming in for an estimate and scheduling for the repairs. Everyone was friendly. I was surprised to find that they vacuumed my car and washed it. I wasn't really expecting that. I have been having my car serviced with Miller for years and haven't never had a problem. They have always been kind and courteous.

No one likes to have to get a vehicle in for service...but Tony made the experience as painless as possible. My truck had to be kept overnight, so he provided a loaner vehicle which happened to be a new Chevy Equinox. As soon as the part came in, the work was done quickly. They have a clean waiting room with a TV and Wifi - I was able to work some while they ran the diagnostic tests on my vehicle. All around as good of an experience you can have when getting work done to your vehicle. Thanks!

My purchase experience with my salesman and at Miller Brothers Chevrolet as a whole was fantastic. I do though have a bone to pick with the Chevrolet Corvette corporation itself. I just received my 2026 C8 and was shocked to discover when I got it home that a "user manual" is not included in the glove box. Chevrolet (and other cars I suppose) put all this gadgetry and new stuff in their cars , and then do not include instructions on how to use it. I was further shocked to go online and find that they charge $50.00 for a printed hard copy manual.

Great repair and great people to deal with. Our vehicle was totally polished and clean inside and out and we very much appreciated the detail! This is our third repair and we trust them to do a great job! I would choose them again if I had the need! We highly recommend them for body/paint service hands down!!

Dealership was fine but one of the issues I had was not corrected.

Process was quick to drop the car off and pick up. The estimated time for service was just about right.

I took my Bolt EUV to Miller Brothers Chevrolet in Ellicott City MD, because the infotainment system had stopped automatically pairing to my phones (both Android & Apple), and the car had stopped connecting to my home WiFi. I said that I believed the firmware, or other software needed to be updated. The service department charged me $190 to update the OnStar system, which I do not use, and when I questioned why they only updated the OnStar system, the service representative told me that OnStar updates had to be done to fix the phone pairing issue. As soon as I got home that same day, I called the Miller service representative back because the problem still existed, and nothing had been fixed. The infotainment system still did not connect automatically to my phone, nor did the WiFi connect. The service rep was sympathetic and asked me to bring the car back for further assessment and repairs. I dropped the car off in early March and Miller Brothers kept it for more than a week while I was on a business trip; they performed what they quoted as $995 worth of labor and updates, but would “only charge me $440,” and since I paid $190 before, my balance was only $221. I paid the balance and they delivered the car to my home as I was still out of town. When I returned from a business trip and attempted to connect my phones (Apple and Android) and connect to the WiFi, it still didn't work (the phones work perfectly in my Kia Van). When I contacted the service department again, they stated that everything was “fixed” and that they did 35 updates and the Bolt “functioned as designed” when they returned it. They did not offer a solution, and denied my request for a refund. I am highly disappointed in being charged for a “fix” that did not “fix” anything. If you have anything more technical than an oil change or tire rotation, you might want to find a more competent dealership.

I had come by for service on Friday 17 April and was told the service department was packed and it it would be at least 4 hours before they could get to my truck, and was told it would be better if I came back Tues, Wed, or Thu. So, I came back on Thursday. Three and one half hours is way too long to wait for an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blades replacement. There were at least two other customers in the waiting area that were there about as long. I have brought my truck to you since 2022 when I purchased it at your dealership. Your location, otherwise, it is not in my normal "area of operation" i.e. I go out of my way to bring it to you. If you insist on not having appointments for things as simple as this done, and only on a "first come first serve basis" basis I will take my truck elsewhere. Otherwise, the service (oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blades replacement) was performed, as best I can tell, satisfactorily. The $25 coupon you'd sent me was useful, but had I not brought cash to pay, the coupon would have been worth only $20 +/- had I used a credit card to pay.

I arrived early in the morning for an oil change and Tony was wonderful to work with. He promptly checked me in and contacted the driver to drop me off at work. Tony was super friendly and kept me updated throughout the day by text. The driver who shuttled me to and from work was also fantastic. He made me feel comfortable and he was also super friendly. I will return for my next oil change because of my experience with these two employees.

I like being able to have oil changes/rotations done without an appointment, to get the multipoint inspection and report, to ask questions to a service advisor, to have the fluids topped-off, and to do so at a dealership for a relatively reasonable price that seems consistent (without having to "time" coupons for a service that should done when needed). I also feel that the service advisor and those I have had in the past "tell it like it is." The experience seems to fit the dealership's "no hassle" philosophy.

I have a Chevy Trailboss, and came in with a trim piece that was coming off from the rear bumper. I spoke with Tony, he spoke with his supervisor, and they took care of it right away. I did not have to make an appointment. Tony went the extra mile and made sure I was taken care of. They were great, and I would go back again. Thank you!

I really like this place and the customer care associates but the last two times I’ve had service there someone has stolen money out of my center console. I thought they would have figured it out over there by now but nope they still have a problem with somebody stealing from your car. Probably my last time getting work done there. I got the most professional experience with Joe Wyatt. He walked me through the entire experience of buying my Equinox, was courteous to my 96 yo mom, and got me the best price I could hope for.

The service was fast, the staff was friendly and the cost was a good value.

I was greeted by Anthony with a friendly smile. He has a great sense of humor and I felt that I was going to be taken care of. And I was. He texted me right away and gave me an opportunity to communicate with him if need be. He gave me an approximate time the service was to be completed. I left the building. As soon as I returned I texted him to say that I was in the waiting room. He texted me back to come see him. My vehicle was done. Anthony then completed the transaction amd walked me to the cashier. He made me feel special even though this was the first time that we met.

I waited 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation service. I ended up having to ask another representative if my vehicle was ready. He actually saw it had been given over to the cashier and was ready, but my representative was no where to be found. He must have been on a long lunch break. I have normally had great service here, I found it quite odd this service took so long. I would’ve understood if they were down a mechanic or something. But no one came to me. And oil and tire change that last from 7:30am to 1pm, just don’t sound right, Not really wanting to come back. Thank you

My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. Mr. Kirkpatrick made sure that the things that needed serviced was discussed with me prior to the work being completed. There was no pressure to have unnecessary work done. Great customer service. The cashier was kind, professional, and patient.

It seems the 12 volt battery became degraded because of neglect at Len Stoler Cheverolet of Westminster and was damaged when we bought the car. David Albaugh of Stoler was so disingenuous and dismissive when I spoke to him about this issue that we have changed our primary dealership to Miller Brothers. Tony Kilpatrick was the only Chevrolet person that did not seem to have a dismissive attitude toward the Bolt in general and he was the only person who shared information that made sense of the catastrophic failure we experienced five weeks after purchasing the new car. He was the only one who said flatly that flatbed and skates is the ONLY way to transport a disabled EV even if all the wheels have locked. Mr. Kilpatrick is the ONLY reason this feedback does not have one star. The understanding between GM Roadside assistance and the tow truck drivers needs a LOT of TLC. One wanted me to sign a damage waiver and another refused to load the car at all and the third, a wheel lift and dollies rig, dragged the locked wheels on my driveway anyway. No other new car we've bought has made me glad I got it like the 2027 Bolt (Including a 2017 RAV4, an awesome automobile), and most field people seem to regard them as an annoyance. Let's not be stupid, Folks.

Brought in 2022 Equinox for oil change and tire rotation. That service went well. My challenge is with Chevrolet. The Equinox has 39k miles and needs a $757 repair for vacuum pump gasket. Very disappointed that was not covered under warranty. Seems like a large repair for that low of mileage.

As usual everyone was efficient and kind. Because of the age of my Impala they had difficulty finding the hood. I understood the problem. When the right hood finally appeared, I would like to have known. I found out 2 days after it arrived. I called for an update and found out it was there and they were working on the car. The "wondering" about it was a little stressful. The car looks great!! Thank you.
