1. The service representative was helpful, and courteous. 2. However, I found it kind of "cumbersome" that, in order to get the $10 discount that was offered in an email I had received, I had to forward that email to the service representative, so he could print it and attach it to the service invoice. 3. I had an oil/oil filter change and tires rotated. I guess they did a good job as I have no way of knowing for sure, except to pull the dipstick and see that the oil is new and at the correct level, and to check under the vehicle to see that there is no oil dripping under the oil pan, unlike there has been on occasion after I have had oil changes done on other vehicles at other shops in the past. 4. The invoice said they did COMPLETE COMPLIMENTARY VEHICLE INSPECTION. The dealer where I take my 2013 car does this also, but they provide the "standard" inspection report (i.e. with Red, Yellow, Green boxes in front of the various components that had been checked). 5. Also, the dealer where I take my 2013 car always gives it a complimentary car wash. 6. I wish they would have reminded me before I came in that they charge 3% for paying with a credit card. Luckily I had cash on hand to pay. Yeh, sure, what's 3% some may say, but 3% is 3%. Maybe if they said, "You get 3% off your bill if you pay by cash, check, or debit card."?

Didn't realize what was wrong with my vehicle until I insisted that they double check the brakes. Told me originally my brakes were fine, then they called back and said brake pads were bad on rear left wheel and rotor needed to be refinished. Then called back again and said the caliber was locked up and needed to be replaced. Then called back again and said brake lines needed to be flushed and re pressurized.

Went to get my truck inspected as the car was jerking intermittently. And to get my horn replaced as I shown the rep my horn does not work and that is a safety issue! It took six hours to get a phone call to get the status of my truck. They mentioned I needed a new transmission and did not give me the full cost of the service that was needed (Only mentioned it was 10k, which wasn’t even the full cost.). They did not fix the horn and just told me I can pick the truck up once I declined to get the truck fixed that day. When I paid the $175 diagnostic fee the front of the receipt was totally illegible to read. I asked for a digital copy of the receipt and they the cashier told me the rep that helped me would send in the morning. I still have not received the digital copy. I did not feel valued as a customer with my recent experience. And it’s even more frustrating as they did not value my safety either as I still have to get my horn replaced!

I want to take a moment to share my experience. I purchased my Silverado from Millers, and recently I needed to get a rim fixed. I called last week and spoke with Bobby, but unfortunately, that experience was terrible — he was no help at all. He couldn’t provide any answers to my questions and just kept transferring me to other people who also couldn’t help. It was frustrating and disappointing. However, when I brought my truck in on Monday, everything turned around thanks to Malcolm. He was absolutely the best! Malcolm took the time to explain the entire process of fixing my rim clearly and professionally. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was happening and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I get get my truck serviced here regularly for years. The last few times I’ve been there have been issues. On my last visit someone there went through my center console and personal belongings and stole cash and coins from me. Very disappointed. My purchase experience with my salesman and at Miller Brothers Chevrolet as a whole was fantastic. I do though have a bone to pick with the Chevrolet Corvette corporation itself. I just received my 2026 C8 and was shocked to discover when I got it home that a "user manual" is not included in the glove box. Chevrolet (and other cars I suppose) put all this gadgetry and new stuff in their cars , and then do not include instructions on how to use it. I was further shocked to go online and find that they charge $50.00 for a printed hard copy manual.

I like being able to have oil changes/rotations done without an appointment, to get the multipoint inspection and report, to ask questions to a service advisor, to have the fluids topped-off, and to do so at a dealership for a relatively reasonable price that seems consistent (without having to "time" coupons for a service that should done when needed). I also feel that the service advisor and those I have had in the past "tell it like it is." The experience seems to fit the dealership's "no hassle" philosophy.

Asked for the software update that was needed to download a few apps - not addressed. Came to the service center for the anti-glare dash mat installation, which is provided as part of the warranty to address the issue, but was charged $280 and had to explain the details. Mentioned that an all-points inspection was done, but the air in the tires was not even checked, as all the tires had 4-6 psi less than prescribed.
